Yams
An open source meridian solver

Yams equation set used make little assumptions or restrictions and no sacrifice is done to simplify geometry.

  • Equations are computed on a 2D mesh, the later can be computed by any software but we recommend to use our tool.
  • Gas properties can rely on CoolProp if one is entitled to work with real gas properties.
  • ​The solver relies on curvature method.
  • Orientation and shapes are arbitrary.
